We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic Program Coordinator to join our Merced regional team.
Responsibilities:
Directly supervise direct service professionals.. Assist the program director in the hiring process of qualified staff. Assist the program director in performance evaluations and disciplinary action procedure. Assist the program director in conflict resolution and operations decision making. Develop Individual Service Plans and quarterly reports for program participants. Assist the program director in ensuring efficient and effective program operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field from a four-year College or University required; and two years related experience and/or training. Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Also must have a valid CA Drivers License and 3 years driving experience. Full time position (Mon-Friday) with an excellent benefits package and retirement plan.
