Job Description

What to Expect The Associate Program Experience Coordinator will support the Essential Services Programs & Experience team and internal stakeholders by managing projects, programs, special events, and communications that enhance and impact the employee experience. This role is accountable for the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs), while driving the continuous enhancement of employee-facing programs and experiences. The successful candidate will be a highly professional collaborator, strategic thinker, and effective communicator with strong organizational and administrative skills. This position requires close partnership with the Essential Services team and the ability to provide cross-functional support across the organization. What You'll Do Drive company objectives by standardizing content, communications, and employee programming processes Research, draft, edit, and proofread professional communications, signage, templates, presentations, flyers, and digital alerts tailored to diverse audiences Partner with Essential Services Operations teams to assess site impact, develop timely communications, and coordinate operational adjustments Provide timely information and materials in response to leadership requests regarding communications and workplace activations while supporting operational programs (mail, janitorial, culinary, transportation, construction) through clear communication and regular program updates Plan and execute internal activations by developing action plans, event schedules, resource allocation, content capture, and budget management Establish and maintain metrics to track program volume, budgets, schedules, and performance while collaborating with Bay Area and North America sites to develop and implement consistent standards Deliver client service administration including status reporting, meeting coordination, project tracking, and coverage reports while providing administrative support for team alignment meetings, strategic planning initiatives, and new business development through research, audits, and proposal preparation What You'll Bring Degree or equivalent experience, with additional 5+ years of experience in workplace services, corporate facilities, or event coordination Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequently shifting priorities and demands Proven track record of strong organizational, copywriting, and communication skills when interacting with employees and senior leadership Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize, multi-task, and manage workload under pressure Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and travel to other Tesla locations as needed Graphic design, content creation, copywriting, or photo/video experience preferred Compensation and Benefits Benefits Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Tesla employee, you are eligible for the following benefits at day 1 of hire: Medical plans > plan options with $0 payroll deduction Family-building, fertility, adoption and surrogacy benefits Dental (including orthodontic coverage) and vision plans, both have options with a $0 paycheck contribution Company Paid (Health Savings Accounts) HSA Contribution when enrolled in the High-Deductible medical plan with HSA Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) 401(k) with employer match, Employee Stock Purchase Plans, and other financial benefits Company paid Basic Life, AD&D Short-term and long-term disability insurance (90 day waiting period) Employee Assistance Program Sick and Vacation time (Flex time for salary positions, Accrued hours for Hourly positions), and Paid Holidays Back-up childcare and parenting support resources Voluntary benefits to include: critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident insurance, theft & legal services, and pet insurance Weight Loss and Tobacco Cessation Programs Tesla Babies program Commuter benefits Employee discounts and perks program Expected Compensation $76,000 - $114,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
