Job Description:

• MUST BE ENROLLED IN ABA PROGRAM

• Treatment planning Conduct IOA and fidelity of implementation on staff Collect & organize data Analyze data & review treatment plans Develop and oversee the implementation of ABA programs for consumers Communicate with funding sources Provide staff trainings Provide training and supervision for behavior therapists Conduct individualized in-home parent trainings Review data & write reports Provide training and supervision in the field to behavior therapists Job Qualifications Experience in supervision BA/BS​
