Job Summary HiRel Connectors Inc. (HIRELCO) is an industry leader whose expertise is in designing and manufacturing custom and MIL-Spec interconnect products for a variety of industries including Aerospace and Defense. We are looking for a Program Coordinator to provide operational, administrative, and coordination support to the Program Manager to facilitate effective project delivery. Responsibilities Maintain project schedules, trackers, dashboards, and documentation Prepare and distribute status reports, meeting agendas, minutes, and action logs Monitor and track risks, issues, dependencies, and follow-ups; escalate as needed to the Program Manager Coordinate meetings, stakeholder communications, and overall project logistics Support onboarding, procurement processes, and vendor coordination activities Ensure all project documentation adheres to PMO standards and compliance requirements. Proactively identify and communicate risks, delays, and data gaps to the Program Manager Qualifications Prefer Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field (Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree) Minimum 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or an operational support role Experience supporting projects, programs, or cross-functional initiatives Exposure to project tracking, reporting, or documentation standards Experience or familiarity with distribution, shipping, and receiving processes, including coordinating deliveries, tracking inventory, and ensuring timely availability of program resources
Pay:
$24.00 - $30.00 per hour
