Program Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Perform interviews for clients Detail a plan for each client's success Assist in finding volunteers Match coaches with clients Maintain a schedule for each client Keep a detailed record of all happenings Handle any conflict within your ability Build and maintain a trusting and professional relationship with volunteers, partners, and landlords Characteristics of a Program Cordinator Self-motivated and able to work independently Empathetic and compassionate Able to motivate others High-integrity and trustworthy Able to maintain a calm environment under pressure Qualifications Trauma-informed trained preferred Strong active listening skills Proven ability to coordinate and delegate efficiently Highly organized with attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay:

Up to $18.00 per hour
