The scope of this job includes leveraging project management skills and knowledge of technical functionalities to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality implementations on time. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project teams and client personnel to complete implementation tasks throughout the lifecycle of the project. Organize requirements gathering sessions, including analysis of current solution workflows, designs, and mapping processes. Facilitate client meetings to understand business objectives and challenges and offer workflow modification suggestions to optimize the solution for client goals. Serve as an advisor for clients and offer consultation that requires review of a variety of factors for solution customization and configuration to enhance user experience. Provide hands-on training to designated client members and guide them through the solution's functionalities and features to increase proficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues and determine which issues need to involve internal technical teams. Perform other job duties assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience At least 2-4 years relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the home health industry. Proficiency with Salesforce, including reporting, case management, and workflow tracking. Experience with billing processes and/or revenue cycle management within healthcare settings.
