SAIC seeks an experienced and results-oriented, Senior Program Manager (PM) to manage our Prime contract focused on Technical Exploitation. This includes the daily management of a small team of seasoned professionals and well and the internal SAIC PM reporting and accountability requirements. The PM is the primary point of contact with the COR for matters involving technical performance, cost, and schedule and communication of progress and problems in a timely manner. The PM shall perform project managerial duties, which include but are not limited to maintaining required staffing levels of qualified personnel and assuring quality, content, and prompt delivery of all task and contractual deliverables. This position is primarily based at the customer site in Bethesda, MD.
Responsibilities:
Primary focal point for contract performance, to include technical performance, cost, schedule, security, staffing, and allocation of appropriate skill mix aligned with tasking and contract deliverables. Delivering on-contract strategic and organic growth opportunities. Provide regular reports to SAIC leadership on customer requirements/changes. Implement and manage on-boarding activities. Ensure the required level of expertise and competency of personnel are maintained in all assignments and kept current with rapidly evolving technologies. Ensure delivery of on-time and quality work-related products to the Customer and SAIC leadership. Ensure vacant positions are filled within the contract timelines by maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates. Maintain awareness of SAIC solutions and surge support skills to present to customer at strategic opportunities. Coordinate and participate in quarterly Project Management Reviews (PMR) Track, manage, and control contract costs. Qualifications Required Skills Active TS/SCI with eligibility/ability to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence Polygraph Clearance is required. Candidates without this cannot be considered. Bachelor's Degree Minimum eight (8) years of PM, project management, or technical leadership experience 18+ years of overall professional experience Experience as a Program Manager managing teams of 10 or more technical professionals Experience in bringing innovative approaches to address complex problems bridging operational and technical domains Strong analytic ability to evaluate programmatic data, resolve inconsistencies and propose solutions to program issues Strong organizational skills Outstanding verbal and written communications skills Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability and willingness to initiate and manage relationships across the customer leadership team

Bachelor's Degree in STEM-related field PMP 15 years of related work experience Experience as PM of technical exploitation teams Knowledge of military structure Prior experience managing an IDIQ contract Target salary range: $200,001 - $240,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
