When staff do that, I feel like my life opens up." — Person supported through community services What You'll Do In this mission-driven role, you will: Provide countywide oversight and guidance to Adult Foster Care and/or CLS programs. Mentor Program Managers and frontline teams to bring Person‑Centered Planning from philosophy into practice. Build a culture of collaboration, compassion, and continuous learning. Develop solutions and processes that make work easier, more efficient, and more impactful. Apply Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) to strengthen services and elevate the people we support. Partner with the leadership team to imagine—and create—a brighter, more inclusive future. You won't just supervise programs, you will elevate them.
