As a Senior Personal Lines Client Service Manager II, you'll lead complex client relationships with confidence, shaping strategy, influencing decisions, and driving smarter coverage solutions. How you'll make an impact Own and grow a Personal Lines portfolio, delivering a high-quality, relationship-driven client experience. Lead complex renewals end-to-end, aligning coverage with risk and managing timelines effectively. Build strong client relationships through proactive engagement, anticipating needs and driving retention. Take a consultative approach, identifying policy gaps and provide coverage solutions supporting cross-sell and account growth goals. Provide expert guidance on complex coverage decisions and resolve service challenges independently. Ensure operational excellence through accuracy, compliance, and continuous process improvement. Act as a team leader, sharing expertise and supporting a high-performance, collaborative culture. Leverage data and digital tools to deliver efficient, modern client service. Drive retention, satisfaction, and portfolio growth through consistent, insight-led delivery. About You Here's what you'll bring to the role: 1-2 years of prior insurance industry experience required, with experience in customer service, insurance, or a related field preferred. Must possess an active Property & Casualty (P&C) license or be in the process of obtaining one within 90 days of starting in the role. Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of account management. Ability to quickly learn insurance concepts, systems, and workforce management tools. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle routine client situations professionally and effectively.
