This position directly impacts the lives of our clients by providing essential support and coordination across various activities. The Program Coordinator is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling budgets, and delivering direct care, all while ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance. Supervisory or staff coordination experience requiredExperience providing direct care to individuals with developmental disabilitiesValid Minnesota driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to pass DHS background studiesReliable, professional, and team-oriented Oakridge Homes-Woodview is seeking a responsible, positive, and experienced Program Coordinator to oversee staff coordination and household operations in a residential setting serving individuals with developmental disabilities. This position combines leadership responsibilities with direct care support to ensure high-quality services and a well‑run home.
