We are currently hiring for a full time I.C.S. Program Coordinator to manage and assist our individual served in the Newport and West St. Paul area. Available shift is Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm. Coordinator applicants must have experience with persons on the autism spectrum, anxiety disorders, depression and developmental disabilities. Candidates must have the ability to be active with those served, de-escalate and re-direct in difficult situations. Duties as a Program Coordinator include, but are not limited to; assistance with independent living skills transportation medication administration report writing team meetings handling emergency situations staff training staff supervision annual licensing reviews prep activities Qualifications needed include; 1 year of management experience, 2 years of experience in the field and an associates degree in the human services field or 4 years of experience in the human services field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to problem solve and multi-task are also required. All applicants must have a valid driver's license, have a high school diploma, a vehicle to use while on duty, pass standards for driving history and meet criteria for a DHS background study.
