AREA COORDINATOR - CREATIVE ARTS KIDS
Greenville, NC | Immediate Opening | Year-Round Position Inspire Creativity Through the Fine Arts Creative Arts Kids is seeking a passionate Area Coordinator who believes children deserve exposure to real fine arts—not just crafts. We're looking for someone with experience across multiple artistic disciplines who enjoys inspiring young artists. Schedule Immediate opening Year-round employment Summer Camp transitions directly into our After School Program Approximately 30-40 hours weekly Typical shifts are 7-8 hours Hours between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM Occasional early mornings and later evenings based on programming Compensation $13.00-$16.00 per hour Paid training Monthly Bonus Opportunities Earn $125-$500 monthly through five bonus categories: Perfect Attendance Enrollment Growth & Retention Curriculum Excellence Administrative Accuracy Facility Excellence Responsibilities Lead daily fine arts programming. Inspire creativity in children. Build positive relationships with families. Transport students in company passenger vans. Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness. Assist with field trips. Support enrollment growth. Maintain assigned administrative responsibilities. Required Artistic Experience Applicants should have experience in several of the following: Pottery Pottery wheel Acrylic painting Watercolor painting Drawing Embroidery Mixed media Theater arts Requirements Valid driver's license. Clean driving record. Background check. Comfortable driving a 15-passenger van. Strong communication skills. Positive personality. Dependable and organized. Training Six-week probationary training period with no scheduled days off.

You are not comfortable confidently driving a 15-passenger van. You have restrictions that prevent you from working a flexible schedule within our operating hours. You have ongoing scheduling conflicts or limited availability. You are uncomfortable receiving regular coaching, evaluations, and performance feedback. You are looking for temporary or seasonal employment rather than a year-round position. We are looking for dependable, positive, coachable professionals who genuinely love working with children and are committed to excellence every day.
Pay:
$13.00 - $25.00 per hour
