Program Manager

About the Role As a Program Manager , you'll play a key leadership role in ensuring that CIS programs deliver high-quality, person-centered supports to individuals with developmental disabilities. You'll manage staff, ensure compliance, and foster a positive and empowering environment for both employees and the people we serve. In this role, you will: Lead and support your team

• Supervise, coach, and inspire Home Care Providers (HCPs) or Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide compassionate, high-quality care. Oversee program operations
• Conduct program visits, monitor compliance, and ensure accurate and timely documentation. Coordinate services
• Partner with families, guardians, and service coordinators to align supports with each individual's goals. Manage compliance and reporting
• Prepare for audits, maintain regulatory compliance, and oversee billing or documentation processes. Champion person-centered programming
• Ensure every service reflects CIS's mission of independence, inclusion, and full community participation.

What We're Looking For Required:

Associate's degree in Human Services , Social Work, or related field At least 1 year of supervisory or program management experience Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance Ability to complete required training within 90 days and maintain certifications

Preferred:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Services or related field Experience managing residential or day program services Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Strong documentation, technology, and time management abilities Passion for empowering individuals with disabilities and leading inclusive teams Why You'll Love Working at CIS Mission-driven work
