What We Need:
Develop project plans by assigning tasks, timelines and staff. Coordinate cross-functioning teams including scan operators, quality assurance, and indexers. Ensure alignment with production goals and objectives, adjusting plans to address changes or challenges. Serve as the primary operational contact for the client and Access NJ Provide regular project updates on progress, production, and staff performance. Identify potential risks and issues related to the project and the security of the client's needs. Address any problems that arise during the project promptly and effectively. Conduct regular audits and reviews of conversion process and outputs.
What You Need:
Strong people management and communication skills Ability to work and interact with an integrated employed staff. Analytical skills - thinking and reasoning to solve a problem. Extremely organized, with high attention to detail and timely deadlines. Strong computer skills with learnability of new programs. High school Diploma Must have a clean driving record.
