Lead cross-functional planning for complex customer programs. Partner with engineering, operations, and supply chain to develop projects. Job Description Responsibilities:
Develop integrated program plans, schedules, and resource strategies for new business and production initiatives. Coordinate activities across engineering, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, and commercial teams. Evaluate execution feasibility, resource availability, capacity constraints, and program risks. Lead planning reviews and facilitate stakeholder alignment on schedules, priorities, and delivery strategies. Support strategic decision-making through risk assessments, schedule evaluations, and operational readiness reviews. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on planning accuracy, execution success, and organizational effectiveness. Ensure customer requirements are understood, documented, and translated into actionable program plans. The Successful Applicant Ideal Candidate:
8+ years of program management, operations, project management, or business planning experience. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives within manufacturing, aerospace, defense, electronics, industrial, or other regulated industries. Experience developing schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies for complex technical programs. Strong understanding of risk management, operations planning, and stakeholder engagement.
