We are seeking a full time Program Coordinator to provide secretarial support to assigned unit/team members throughout our hospital. The job is in-person onsite at our Saratoga Campus in Saratoga Springs, NY.

Job highlights:

Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm (some flexibility available) Typing and data entry Checking patient prescriptions with pharmacies Coordinating prior authorization Receiving and communicating telephone messages Filing, scanning and mailing of information

Qualifications:

Minimum of two years related experience in a hospital setting Ability to be flexible with schedule for occasional back up coverage Proficiency in typing and transcription Ability to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality Knowledge of psychiatric terminology is a plus.
