5% Astrion is seeking a Program Manager Senior to support Air Force Technical Data Systems (TDS) at Wright ‑ Patterson AFB. This position provides senior ‑ level program management oversight across multiple enterprise technical data systems that deliver timely, accurate, and digitally accessible information to the warfighter. The TDS portfolio includes systems for engineering data storage, Air Force Standardization Management, and enterprise ‑ wide Technical Order lifecycle management. These capabilities collectively ensure standardized, authoritative, and modernized technical data is available at the point of need. Minimum Qualifications Master's or Doctorate degree in a related field and ten years of experience, including five within DoD; OR Bachelor's degree in a related field and twelve years of experience, including five within DoD; OR Fifteen years of directly related experience with required certifications. Advanced understanding of program management principles, DoD acquisition processes, and enterprise/staff ‑ level coordination. Responsibilities Apply DoD program management and acquisition principles (per DoDI 5000.02 and 5000.75) to the planning, development, integration, and execution of MRO program activities. Gather, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to assess program effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity. Identify schedule and cost baseline variances; recommend viable solutions and alternative courses of action. Prepare high-quality acquisition documentation, including briefings, plans, reports, and technical exhibits. Support assessment of system acquisition across development, production, and deployment phases. Formulate program plans and recommend strategies to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives. Develop and support statutory and regulatory reporting, including DAES and MAR. Support program management reviews, senior-level meetings, and IMP/IMS reviews. Develop and deliver briefings, schedules, and status updates for leadership and stakeholders. Mentor and oversee junior and journeyman personnel in program management tasks.
