As a Program Coordinator, you will teach, train, and assist our group home supervisors to be better leaders. You will get to provide support and guidance to Indviduals with Developmental Disabilities as well as getting to train others to assist these individuals in developing and maintaining appropriate living skills and cooperative interaction.
You Will:
Train and mentor supervisors in all job duties including but not limited to: management of client finances; service document review, approval, and retention; oversight of Medication Administration and Health Care Appointments; Review and approval of payroll/billing system; Scheduling needs and staff supervision/development tasks; and other duties. Act as a liaison between individuals, families, staff, and outside services/agencies providing information and assistance as needed. Ensure individuals' rights are established and maintained.
