Prevention Workshop Facilitator Black Women's Health Alliance Philadelphia, PA Job Details Contract 1 hour ago Benefits Professional development assistance Flexible schedule Qualifications Interpersonal skills Zoom Attention to detail Organizational skills Video conferences (communication methods) Teaching Full Job Description Workshop Facilitator (Contractual) Seeking skilled and experienced workshop Facilitators to conduct face-to-face and/or virtual engaging, interactive, and informative workshops. Workshops are to be conducted based on evidence-based curricula. Conduct Workshops in fidelity with evidence-based curricula. Plan and coordinate workshop schedules with lead on-site coordinator of host sites. Work with the On-Site Coordinator to tailor evidence-based curriculum to the needs of participants. Plan and develop materials that are used to facilitate virtual and face-to-face workshops. Capture and maintain all client data, information and/or files in accordance with applicable regulatory authority. Enter all required data into the management database system within forty-eight hours of conducting each session. Complete and submit all required documents to the Program Coordinator.
Skills/ Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in public health, social work, education, or related field Proven experience as a Workshop facilitator/teacher, virtual and face-to-face Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Professional Proficiency in virtual instruction platforms (Zoom), MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular), and management information systems; social media and website a plus. Adheres to directions well, timely execution of tasks to meet deadlines, and capacity to manage several tasks or requests simultaneously. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
