$60.00 - 65.00/hour (Contract to Hire)
Position Description:
Join a dynamic federal project supporting AI and Data Strategy initiatives as a Program Coordinator. In this role, you will facilitate stakeholder meetings, prepare high-quality deliverables for senior leadership, manage complex datasets, support request intake processes, and streamline operational workflows. Your organizational skills and proactive approach will ensure the successful execution of program activities, contributing to impactful AI and data management initiatives within a government environment. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your coordination expertise and make a difference in federal projects supporting cutting-edge AI and data strategies.
Top Requirements:
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in program support, operations, or data management within federal or large enterprise environments Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with excellent data manipulation and presentation skills Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder meetings, preparing executive materials, and managing project documentation via tools like SharePoint and Teams Ability to track, review, and ensure accuracy of large datasets and workflow requests
