You'll be: Leading the planning, coordination, and execution of key initiatives supporting the organization's contingent workforce program, reporting to the HR Project Sponsor. Developing and managing detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Serving as a key liaison between the organization and MSP partners, facilitating business reviews and monitoring vendor performance. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have 7+ years of project or program management experience, with a focus on MSP contingent workforce programs. Possess a strong understanding of contingent labor operations, workforce solutions, and compliance. Have prior experience managing a contingent worker program or expansion in the EMEA region.
