BILINGUAL TREATMENT COORDINATOR
(SPANISH/ENGLISH) ~
Starting Salary:
$45,000 - $ 50,000 (based on experience) ~ Where Coordination, Culture, and Care Come Together Ocean State Behavioral is seeking a Spanish/English bilingual Treatment Coordinator to support children and families receiving Home-Based Services across Rhode Island. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a team, values organization, prioritizes communication, and feels comfortable fostering connection between families, clinicians, and care workers. One year of experience working with children with special healthcare or behavioral health needs is preferred Ability to reliably travel to and from clients' homes throughout Rhode Island using a personal vehicle with current insurance, registration, and inspection. What You'll Do:
As a Bilingual Treatment Coordinator, your role will focus on coordination, communication, and continuity of care , including: Serve as a primary contact between families, clinicians, and collateral providers Oversee weekly productivity and work of home-based Direct Support Providers (DSPs) providing care to cases you manage Coordinate with schools, Early Intervention, DCYF, FCCP, medical providers, and other involved agencies Managing and maintaining required program documentation and treatment materials Supporting the hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training of DSPs Collecting and organizing data and documentation for clinical review and team collaboration
