U.S. Army Ordnance School Position Overview SMX Services & Consulting, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager / Point & Multimedia Technical Lead to support the U.S. Army Ordnance School at Fort Lee, Virginia. This is a hands-on technical position combining program coordination with Point support, Microsoft collaboration technologies, executive presentations, multimedia production, photography/video, and command communications. The successful candidate must be capable of managing assigned activities while personally producing high-quality technical and multimedia deliverables. An active SECRET security clearance is required. Compensation The anticipated W-2 pay range is:

$79.50/hour

$159,120-$165,360 Final compensation within the range will depend on demonstrated Point expertise, multimedia capabilities, Army/DoD experience, and overall alignment with contract requirements. Key Responsibilities The selected candidate will: Manage and coordinate day-to-day contract performance. Serve as a primary contractor point of contact for assigned activities. Maintain, administer, troubleshoot, and enhance Army Point capabilities. Support Point sites, permissions, content, workflows, forms, and related collaboration requirements. Support Point Online and Army Microsoft 365 transition and sustainment activities. Develop and maintain Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office collaboration products. Support forms, reports, dashboards, and business intelligence requirements using applicable Microsoft technologies. Develop professional Microsoft PowerPoint presentations and command briefing materials. Produce polished presentation products for senior Army and General Officer audiences. Support Ordnance School strategic planning products, Lines of Effort, reporting, and information-management activities. Create multimedia products supporting command communications and strategic messaging. Capture and edit professional digital photography and video. Create graphical, photo-editing, and desktop-publishing products using Adobe Creative Cloud or comparable required tools. Support approved social-media content development and publication. Assist with command messaging, communications synchronization, engagements, and special events. Coordinate priorities and requirements with Government stakeholders. Ensure deliverables are accurate, professional, timely, and compliant with applicable Army requirements. Conduct quality control of technical and multimedia deliverables. Identify and communicate schedule, performance, and technical risks.

Required Qualifications Candidates must possess:

Active SECRET security clearance and ability to maintain the clearance throughout contract performance. Strong hands-on Microsoft Point administration, development, sustainment, or advanced site-management experience. Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint. Experience creating executive or senior-leadership presentations. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams. Experience with digital photography and video equipment. Hands-on experience creating and editing multimedia content. Experience with desktop-publishing, graphic-design, or photo-editing applications such as Adobe Creative Cloud. Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate professionally with Government and military stakeholders. Ability to manage priorities while personally performing technical work. Ability to work onsite at Fort Lee, Virginia and other required Fort Lee-area locations. Ability to satisfy applicable Army installation, system-access, personnel-security, cybersecurity, and training requirements. Relevant Experience Experience in the following areas is highly relevant: U.S. Army or Department of Defense environments. Army Point environments. Point Online. Microsoft 365 migration or sustainment. Microsoft Power BI. Microsoft InfoPath. Microsoft Point Designer. Microsoft Business Intelligence Development Studio or related reporting technologies. Strategic planning and Lines of Effort reporting. Military command communications. General Officer or senior-executive briefing development. Strategic communications or organizational messaging. Photography and videography in a Government or military environment. Social-media content production. Adobe Creative Cloud. Security and Access Requirements The selected candidate must possess and maintain an active SECRET security clearance throughout contract performance. The position may also require eligibility for a Common Access Card (CAC) and access to Army information systems and installations. Work Environment This position supports the U.S. Army Ordnance School at Fort Lee, Virginia . The normal work schedule is generally Monday through Friday during standard Government working hours. Local travel within the Fort Lee area may occasionally be required to support meetings, events, photography/video activities, and other mission requirements.
