Kingdom Recovery Center (KRC) is seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Recovery Program Coordinator to lead our Recovery Coach Program and coordinate our Parents in Recovery (PIR) Program. This position is ideal for someone with lived recovery experience who is passionate about helping others, building community partnerships, supporting recovery coaches, and improving access to recovery services for pregnant and parenting individuals and families. The Recovery Program Coordinator provides leadership, recovery coaching, staff supervision, community outreach, program implementation, and data management while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and funding requirements. Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee all Recovery Coach Program activities. Supervise, mentor, schedule, and support Recovery Coaches. Coordinate and implement the Parents in Recovery (PIR) Program. Provide recovery coaching using Motivational Interviewing and other evidence-based practices. Develop individualized recovery plans (IRPs) for all program participants. Facilitate peer recovery support groups. Connect participants with recovery resources, treatment providers, and community supports. Build collaborative relationships with the Department for Children and Families (DCF), Agency of Human Services, healthcare providers, prevention coalitions, harm reduction organizations, and community partners. Conduct a minimum of five community outreach presentations each quarter. Develop referral pathways with community agencies. Support staff with documentation, reporting, and Recovery Data Platform (RDP) requirements. Assist with daily Recovery Center operations, including guest relations and community activities. Oversee volunteers as needed. Documentation & Data Responsibilities Enter participant services into the Recovery Data Platform (RDP) within 48 hours. Complete and maintain individualized recovery plans and service notes. Collect participant data, SUPRT information, and informed consent. Required Qualifications Self-identified person (or person with lived experience) in recovery from a substance use disorder with at least two (2) years of continuous recovery, or who can otherwise demonstrate stability in recovery. High school diploma or GED. Experience supervising staff. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Word, Excel, Gmail, Docs, Drive, and Sheets). Understanding of recovery principles that honor all pathways to recovery. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment, recovery support services, healthcare systems, and community resources. Experience presenting to groups or facilitating trainings. Experience working with pregnant and parenting individuals in recovery.
