Job DescriptionSupervises Emergency Assistance (EA) program operations.

Emergency Assistance (EA) Program OversightSupervise EA program operations and staff.



Ensure timely and accurate processing of EA applications for families in crisis.



Monitor program performance and compliance with EA guidelines.



QualificationsRequiredAssociate's degree in public administration, Human Services, or related field.



Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, training, or technical support.



Proficiency in CARES, WWP, and other state systems.



Strong organizational and communication skills.



Experience supervising staff and managing program operations.



PreferredBachelor's degree in a related field.



Experience with W-2 and Emergency Assistance programs.



Bachelor's degree in a related field.



Familiarity with local workforce development and public assistance programs.



Bilingual (Spanish or Hmong) a plus.
