Trussville, AL Full-Time:

Monday-Friday Durante Home Exteriors is looking for an organized, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Care & Project Coordinator to join our team in Trussville. This role is an important connection between our customers and Production team. You'll help customers throughout their project, coordinate appointments, answer questions, track requests, and make sure communication doesn't fall through the cracks. If you're organized, communicate well, enjoy helping people, and take ownership of getting things done, we'd like to meet you. What You'll Do

• Communicate with customers by phone, text, and email
• Schedule project site visits and remeasure appointments
• Answer customer questions and connect them with the appropriate team member when needed
• Follow up on customer requests to ensure they are addressed
• Document customer communication and project updates in our CRM
• Send appointment confirmations and project updates
• Create and track service requests
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Service, Production, and Operations
• Review project files for required documentation
• Assist with HOA and permitting documentation
• Maintain customer care and production reports
• Support weekly Production meetings and other department needs What We're Looking For
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through
• Comfortable handling difficult customer conversations professionally
• Confident using computers, email, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and CRM systems
• Dependable, accountable, and proactive
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Experience in customer service, project coordination, home improvement, construction, scheduling, or office administration is a plus.
