You will oversee multiple structural steel projects ranging from $10 million to $20 million , managing all phases from contract through closeout. This role requires collaboration with Estimators, General Contractors, Engineers, Fabrication, and Field Operations teams to ensure that all projects are executed safely, efficiently, and within budget. You will serve as the key liaison between the client and AF Steel, ensuring that the project scope, schedule, and financial goals are consistently met. At AF Steel , you will have opportunities for professional growth and to work with a team of highly skilled professionals in a supportive, quality-driven environment. Roles & Responsibilities Manage and oversee all aspects of assigned structural steel projects from inception to completion. Process General Contractor contracts , submittals, RFIs, and change orders in coordination with internal departments. Coordinate with the General Contractor, shop, and field teams to ensure fabrication and installation align with project schedules. Track and distribute RFIs , submittals , and contract documents , ensuring project files are current and accessible. Perform project setup and documentation in internal systems, ensuring proper cost codes and scope definitions. Collaborate with Estimating to confirm project scope, material takeoffs, and contract deliverables. Participate in
