Job Description
Construction Management Intern - Summer 2027 Sacramento + Bay Area, CA $26-$28/hour Build your career by helping build something real. As a Construction Management Intern at Roebbelen , you'll join a real project team, work alongside experienced construction professionals, and gain hands-on experience on active projects throughout Northern California. You'll learn from Project Engineers, Project Managers, Superintendents, and Trade Partners while seeing firsthand how construction comes together from planning through execution. Bring your curiosity. We'll bring the hard hat. What You'll Do During your internship, you may: Walk active jobsites with project teams Read and review plans and specifications Support RFIs, submittals, document control, and project tracking Participate in project and coordination meetings Work alongside Trade Partners and field teams Gain experience with Procore and other construction technology Learn how schedule, cost, quality, and safety come together Gain exposure to both field operations and project management What You'll Gain Real experience on active construction projects Mentorship from experienced construction professionals Exposure to different construction career paths Hands-on experience with industry technology and project processes Relationships with people across the construction industry A stronger understanding of how projects are built from the ground up And hopefully, a project you can point to and say: "I helped build that."
