  • Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the full lifecycle of affordable housing developments, with a primary focus on LIHTC projects Oversee project feasibility, entitlements, financing coordination, design development, and construction Work closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders Manage project budgets, schedules, and reporting requirements Coordinate with finance teams on LIHTC applications, closings, and compliance requirements Monitor construction progress and resolve issues to keep projects on track Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, including local/state housing agencies and LIHTC compliance Support the acquisition and due diligence process as needed Qualifications 2+ years of experience in affordable housing development Proven experience managing LIHTC projects (ground-up or substantial rehab) is a plus Some understanding of the LIHTC financing process, compliance, and regulatory requirements Experience working with public agencies, tax credit investors, and funding partners Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Urban Planning, or related field (or equivalent experience) Background working with nonprofit or mission-driven housing organizations A bit about us:•We are partnering with a well-established and growing affordable housing developer seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution of multifamily developments, with a strong focus on affordable housing projects.
