Job Description
Description Robert Half Management Resources is recruiting for an experienced PMO Procurement Support Manager to support a major procurement transformation effort and post-merger integration initiative to support our global entertainment client based in Los Angeles, California. This long-term hybrid contract position will work closely with procurement, finance, and business leadership to improve reporting visibility, strengthen governance, and help keep strategic initiatives on track. The ideal candidate brings strong executive communication skills, outstanding project coordination abilities, and a proven background managing complex cross-functional programs in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create senior leadership reports and dashboards that highlight cost savings, initiative status, pipeline activity, and overall transformation progress.
- Develop presentation materials, business analyses, and meeting content for executive stakeholders and leadership forums.
- Organize recurring governance sessions, capture decisions and follow-up items, and drive accountability across cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with finance and business unit leaders to connect savings programs, forecasts, and performance reporting.
- Improve and maintain reporting formats, communication resources, and PMO processes that support procurement operations.
- Support weekly operational reviews, leadership discussions, and broader departmental communications to ensure alignment.
- Contribute to onboarding, training, and internal knowledge-sharing efforts within the procurement organization.
- Maintain standard operating procedures, process documentation, and governance materials tied to procurement transformation activities.
- Consolidate savings opportunities, delivery timelines, ownership details, and projected business impact into clear tracking tools.
- Monitor new workstreams in Asana or similar platforms and convert project data into concise updates for leadership review.
- Support strategic planning efforts by helping align procurement priorities with annual budgeting and business objectives. Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in PMO, program management, transformation leadership, or management consulting.
- Experience supporting procurement, finance, cost reduction, or post-merger integration initiatives is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with executive audiences, including senior finance and business leaders.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, along with experience using Asana, Smartsheet, ERP systems, or comparable tools.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder groups simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and a consistent track record of following through on deliverables and action items.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly within a dynamic, evolving business environment.
- Familiarity with SOP development, procurement operations, and enterprise-level transformation programs is preferred.
