Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Development Coordinator, part-time opportunity supporting residential and commercial development operations in the Madera, CA area. This role is ideal for an administrative professional with construction field exposure who enjoys coordinating project information, supporting leadership, and helping keep development operations organized, compliant, and moving forward. The Development Coordinator will work closely with senior leadership, construction teams, vendors, contractors, subcontractors, accounting, and site personnel. This position offers a strong mix of administrative coordination, field interaction, document tracking, and project support within a professional, team-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and project coordination support to senior leadership, development operations, accounting staff, contractors, vendors, and site personnel. Conduct field visits to review construction progress, assist with site analysis, and support accurate information flow between project stakeholders. Help maintain and update development, construction, and operational tracking records, files, reports, and project documentation. Support storm water pollution prevention plan compliance activities, including updates, tracking, and coordination as needed. Communicate professionally with internal teams, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, community members, and governmental agencies. Manage time-sensitive follow-up, short-term projects, phone coverage, confidential correspondence, and other administrative duties as assigned. Compensation and Benefits Part-time schedule, 25 to 30 hours per week. Non-exempt position.
Hourly compensation:
$25.00 to $30.00 per hour.Location:
