Job Description

About Exora Luxe Construction Exora Luxe Construction is a California-licensed construction development company specializing in high-end residential and commercial builds throughout the Bay Area. Founded by hands-on construction professionals, we bring real field expertise — not just management theory — to every project we take on. Our services span general contracting, renovation, remodeling, and project consultation, supporting clients from initial concept through final handover. We're a growing company, which means priorities shift and roles evolve. We're looking for people who thrive in that kind of environment: self-starters who take ownership, solve problems on the fly, and care about the quality of what they build. Position Summary We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial construction projects from planning through completion. This is a field-based role, reporting to our Redwood City office, with regular presence at active job sites across Santa Clara and San Mateo counties. This role owns project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, client communication, and overall execution, ensuring every project meets Exora Luxe's quality and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Own project execution end-to-end, from pre-construction planning through closeout and final documentation Build and manage project schedules and budgets, adjusting as issues come up Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to keep work moving Run site inspections and enforce quality and safety standards Handle procurement and materials logistics to prevent delays Keep clients informed with regular updates on progress, risks, and milestones Track change orders and manage all project documentation and reporting Facilitate project meetings and keep cross-team communication clear Develop and maintain positive working relationships with counterparts at clients, engineering and design firms Minimum Qualifications Minimum three (3) years of construction project management experience. Experience in managing residential and/or commercial construction projects. Strong understanding of the strategic, operational and financial components of a construction project Skilled at developing and negotiating relationships with owners and trade contractors Ability to make timely and effective decisions when issues arise Strong work ethic, leadership and the ability to work in an emerging environment Proficiency in using related project management software and tools is a plus. Preferred Qualifications A degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or similar
PMP, CAPM, OSHA 10/30
certifications 1+year leading, developing and motivating teams What the Job Actually Looks Like Day-to-Day Expect to be on your feet at job sites more often than at a desk — navigating active construction environments, adjusting to weather and terrain, and staying hands-on with the work. When you're not on-site, you'll be at the Redwood City office handling reporting, documentation, and client calls. Why Join Exora LUXE Construction? Real ownership over the projects you lead, not just a supporting role Direct access to company leadership — your input shapes how we operate Room to grow as the company scales Benefits based on experience and what you bring to the table
