This role combines the strategic planning of project estimates with the hands on management of construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction estimating, project management, and site coordination, with a passion for driving successful outcomes through effective communication and technical expertise. Duties managing project budgets, cost to completes, change orders, and schedules Proficiency with industry-standard software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Bidmail, Builders connectedHeavyBid, and other construction management tools. Solid understanding of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, contracts administration, and construction site safety protocols. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, team members, subcontractors, and vendors. Experience with construction site activities including site coordination and oversight of field operations. Knowledge of civil engineering principles and familiarity with construction estimating processes is highly desirable. Qualifications Experience:

2 + years in project management focusing on structural steel fabrication and or erection. strong understanding of steel construction drawings, blueprints, connections, and structural design calculations. proficiency in MS office (excel, word, outlook), MS project and autoCAD/3D modeling software Procore, Blue Beam, Bid mail, builders connected. OSHA safety training (10/30 HR), PMP certification is a plus. 65k per year and or Negotiable.

This position includes an initial 10-day probationary and evaluation period starting on the first day. This period is designed for both parties to ensure the role and company culture are a strong match. Continued employment is contingent upon successful completion of this period.
