Flexible travel assignmentQualifications & Desired Background:
Active and unencumbered RN license Proven experience in Emergency Room settingsBLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC
certifications (TNCC/ATCN/CEN highly preferred) Proficiency in advanced patient assessment across all age groups Strong communication skills and competency in SBAR handoffs Ability to follow Core Measures and Vaccine Protocol Adept in documentation, patient flow management, and infection control practicesEssential Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments considering holistic needs upon admission and regularly reassess Develop, review, and update individualized care plans Safely administer and monitor oral, topical, and parenteral medications Perform and document treatments, procedures, and patient education Interpret diagnostic data, initiate prompt interventions, and communicate changes in patient condition Ensure compliance with safety standards, infection control, and patient confidentiality Engage in multidisciplinary care planning and educate patients and families Complete required orientation and skills checklist prior to first shiftBenefits & Perks:
