Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:

ALL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A PROJECT MANAGER ROLE IN THE CONTRACT FURNITURE INDUSTRY.

Planning and estimating, project evaluation Initiate internal project meetings Procure labor estimates for installations and services for assigned projects Develop project timelines and schedules -Evaluate building/site conditions Provide technical product support Specification review and auditing Complete and coordinate work packets with complete information for projects Develop delivery and product installation phasing Field verification Review order status Attend construction/project meetings and record minutes to distribute to internal team Interface with customers, third party representatives, vendors, and company employees in a consistently clear, polite, and professional manner. Ensure appropriate field paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely manner including project folders, punch lists, project journals, field change orders, etc. Coordinate pre-installation meetings Resolve installation issues Obtain customer approval and sign-off on appropriate documents, i.e. delivery tickets, completed punch list forms, field change orders, etc. Responsible for looking up and specifying replacement parts and completing punch lists and forwarding to O.I.M.
