Project Manager

Position Overview A family owned and operated, home remodeling company is seeking a full-time experienced Production Manager in Meriden CT. The right candidate for this position will oversee daily operations, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintain the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role is critical in coordinating field teams, managing schedules, and driving overall production efficiency. Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and manage all production activities from start to completion Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met Monitor job progress, budgets, and labor efficiency Ensure quality control standards are consistently met or exceeded Communicate regularly with customers, vendors, and internal staff Identify and resolve production challenges proactively Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and job tracking Enforce company policies, safety standards, and best practices Qualifications 3+ years of experience in production management, construction, or a related field Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Valid driver's license required Preferred Qualifications Experience in residential remodeling or construction Knowledge of scheduling, estimating, and job costing Strong customer service and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:
