Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Inverness, FL, with some travel required. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. The Project Manager will also lead communications with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and success.

Responsibilities:

Manage projects from estimating through closeout Develop scopes of work, budgets, schedules, and cost controls Review, and hire subcontractors Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Monitor budgets Process subcontractors pay applications and change orders Review submittals and ensure project compliance Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors Ensure quality control, safety, and timely project closeout Qualifications Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and resource management Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Procore experience a plus Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field a plus. Previous experience in retail or commercial construction is advantageous
