full-time About the Role The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and tracking the progress of multiple solar or renewable energy projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the projects are managed effectively. Responsibilities Coordinate and track the progress of multiple solar or renewable energy projects from initiation to completion. Schedule and follow up on key milestones. Maintain up-to-date project documentation, ensuring accuracy across platforms and shared systems. Communicate proactively with internal departments (Engineering, Field Service, Customer Service) to resolve delays or technical issues. Communicate with customers towards the project. Submit and follow up with HOA. Update project records and databases with current information, ensuring proper version control and compliance. Prepare weekly status reports summarizing project progress, challenges, and upcoming milestones. Support data validation and assist with performance analysis under the guidance of the Project Manager Lead. Ensure all project documents, permits, and customer data are filed accurately and maintained current. Serve as a point of contact for project-related questions between internal teams and external stakeholders. Coordinate with subcontractors and HOA. Support communication with customers on project status updates, ensuring professionalism and transparency. Escalate critical issues or delays to the Project Manager Lead for review and resolution. Follow established project management procedures and contribute ideas to improve workflow efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project components. Assist in onboarding new team members by sharing best practices and project tracking tools. Required Skills Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Skills Experience in the renewable energy sector. Familiarity with HOA processes and documentation. Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.

Pay range:

60K annually
