Project Manager 5 Star Building Services Hallandale Beach, FL Job Details Full-time $15 - $17 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Teamwork Project management Team management Attention to detail Delegation Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a detail oriented Manager/Supervisor Responsibilities Manage cleaning staff Coordinate the bi-weekly ordering o f cleaning supplies and usage of supplies on premises Communication with Administration regarding staff Utilize tools such as Cleaning equipment Floor machines, vacuums etc. Manage teams in a janitorial management role by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to cleaning checklists Able to lift 35Lbs. to 40 lbs Janitorial Experience Reliable, Dependable and self-motivated Hours Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 3:30pm, Sunday from 8:00 am through 1:00pm
