This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects in a dynamic environment.

Position Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing mechanical construction projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems — from pre-construction through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all phases of project execution from initial planning through closeout Coordinate internal resources and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery Manage schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation Manage Equipment Procurement, ensuring equipment lead times do not impact project schedule. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and enforce safety and quality standards Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, vendors, and field personnel Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and field teams to ensure accurate scope and execution Track project costs and forecast financial performance Maintain project documentation in accordance with company procedures and client requirements Lead project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders Identify and mitigate potential risks or delays proactively

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of project management experience in mechanical contracting (HVAC, plumbing, piping, etc.) Proven success managing commercial, industrial, or institutional mechanical projects Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, drawings, specifications, and codes Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Excel and Project, or equivalent) Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment OSHA 30 certification (preferred) PMP certification (a plus but not required)
