We are seeking a Senior Water Utility Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex utility infrastructure projects for municipal and public-sector clients. This senior-level role is ideal for a technically strong and client-focused professional with experience managing water, wastewater, reclaimed water, and related utility projects from concept through design, permitting, bidding, and construction support. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage utility infrastructure projects involving water distribution, wastewater collection, pumping systems, force mains, gravity sewer, reclaimed water, and utility rehabilitation or expansion improvements.
• Lead projects through all phases, including planning, feasibility evaluation, preliminary engineering, final design, permitting, bidding, and construction phase services.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subconsultants, regulatory agencies, and internal project teams.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and staffing plans, and monitor progress to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide senior technical oversight and quality control for utility engineering documents, calculations, reports, plans, and specifications.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams that may include civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and controls, environmental, and GIS support staff.
• Support and maintain strong relationships with municipal utility owners and public-sector clients.
• Identify opportunities for follow-on work, assist with proposals and interviews, and contribute to business development and strategic growth initiatives.
• Mentor project engineers, designers, and younger staff to support technical development and career progression.
• Support construction administration activities such as responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, evaluating change orders, and conducting site visits as needed.
