Summary As a Restoration Project Manager at National Reliance Group, you will oversee restoration projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality standards are met while maintaining client satisfaction. This role is vital in driving our mission of excellence in service delivery within the restoration industry. Responsibilities Lead and manage restoration projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with insurance providers, clients, and subcontractors to facilitate project execution. Review blueprints and schematics to develop project plans and schedules. Utilize project management software to track progress and manage resources effectively. Conduct site inspections to assess project status and compliance with safety regulations. Prepare contracts and negotiate terms with subcontractors as necessary. Implement time management strategies to optimize workflow and efficiency. Provide training and mentorship to team members on best practices in restoration. Qualifications Proven experience in project management within the restoration or construction industry. Strong proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of construction documents. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with project scheduling tools and construction management software. Knowledge of contract management principles is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Experience with Xactimate software is a must. Must be IICRC Certifed in the following: WRT, ASD, FSRT and MRS.
