You'll oversee projects valued between $8M-$12M while coordinating roofing systems, thermal envelope construction, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and client relationships. Manage industrial roofing and insulated metal panel (IMP) projects from planning through completion Oversee multiple projects with annual workloads ranging from $8M-$12M Prepare estimates, budgets, proposals, and project forecasts Coordinate roofing scopes with IMP installation and other building envelope trades Manage project schedules, subcontractors, materials, procurement, and documentation Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved Build strong relationships with general contractors, owners, subcontractors, and vendors Resolve field issues involving manpower, scheduling, logistics, and project execution Provide regular project updates and financial reporting to company leadership Travel monthly to project sites throughout the
United States Hiring Expectations:

Required 5+ years of Project Management experience specifically within industrial roofing, industrial building envelope, or insulated metal panel (IMP) construction Experience managing industrial or manufacturing facility construction projects Experience coordinating roofing systems with insulated metal panel (IMP) installations Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and shop drawings Willingness to travel monthly throughout the U.S. Valid driver's license Highly Preferred Direct experience with cold storage, food processing, distribution centers, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or thermally controlled facilities Experience in estimating industrial roofing projects Experience with metal roofing systems, thermal envelope construction, and weatherproofing assemblies Meadowwood Enterprises is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
