Responsibilities As a Project Manager, you will oversee the successful execution of projects while ensuring alignment between customers, crews, and internal teams. Manage projects from pre-construction through final completion Coordinate scheduling, materials, and subcontractors to meet timelines Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations. Built the Outback Way Conduct site visits and monitor progress to proactively address issues Maintain accurate project documentation, updates, and communication in CRM/project systems Collaborate with sales and production to ensure seamless handoffs Manage budgets, track costs, and ensure profitability of projects Resolve challenges quickly while maintaining a positive customer experience Proactively manage project changes and sell scope additions to project r manage change orders effectively whle presenting additional scope in a consultative manner.
