Responsibilities As a Project Manager, you will oversee the successful execution of projects while ensuring alignment between customers, crews, and internal teams. Manage projects from pre-construction through final completion Coordinate scheduling, materials, and subcontractors to meet timelines Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations. Built the Outback Way Conduct site visits and monitor progress to proactively address issues Maintain accurate project documentation, updates, and communication in CRM/project systems Collaborate with sales and production to ensure seamless handoffs Manage budgets, track costs, and ensure profitability of projects Resolve challenges quickly while maintaining a positive customer experience Proactively manage project changes and sell scope additions to project r manage change orders effectively whle presenting additional scope in a consultative manner. Qualifications Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy Experience in construction, home improvement, or project management preferred Ability to read plans, scopes, and project documentation (preferred) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with CRM or project management software is a plus Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented mindset Valid driver's license and clean driving record are a must Ready to Build Something Great?
