Quick Dry Restoration is a leading provider of restoration services dedicated to helping clients recover from property damage caused by water, fire, mold, and other disasters. Our passionate and dedicated team is excited to bring their expertise to the rapidly expanding Quick Dry network.
Position Summary:
In this position, previous sales experience in the mitigation and construction field is essential. As a Project Manager you are the first responder to homes that have suffered water damage. You will be expected to scope out the extent of the damage to provide a summary of work needed to the mitigation manager, help homeowners navigate insurance claims, and provide excellent customer service. A day in this position would include responding to sales dispatch calls, inspecting homes with reported water damage, documenting your inspections and logging new customers into the company's software.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responding to dispatch calls Documenting job site findings Provide excellent customer service Help homeowners navigate insurance claims Scope out water damage in homes Oversee and manage all phases of restoration projects from initial assessment through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards Conduct job site inspections regularly to monitor progress, safety compliance, and workmanship quality Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, standards, and company policies. Reliable and predictable attendance Travel required
Qualifications:
Mitigation/construction sales experience Valid driver's license - REQUIRED Need to be comfortable navigating crawl spaces under homes Proficiency in project management software (Xactimate preferred) Knowledge of OSHA safety standards, IICRC certifications (e.g., WRT, ASD, AMRT) preferred. Environment:
This position operates in an office and field environment environment. This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. The physical demands described in this job description represent those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Regular exposure to all weather conditions, especially hot, humid and/or rainy spring, summer, and fall weather. Assume responsibility for work outcomes and results of other workers. May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels on sites of projects being managed or coordinated.
