Our manufacturing philosophy is to build everything on site, so that we may control quality and offer the shortest lead-time in the industry. We're looking for a Project Manager who takes full ownership of their projects and their customers. This is more than just managing timelines—this role is about building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving projects from first conversation through final install. RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and driving repeat business through responsiveness and service. Review and understand project scope, plans, and specifications to identify opportunities, clarify needs, and guide customers toward the best solutions. Support and actively contribute to inside sales efforts, including developing quotes, refining product selections, and ensuring accurate pricing and margins. Proactively follow up on quotes and open opportunities to help convert them into orders. Collaborate with customers to refine project details, upsell alternative materials or solutions where appropriate, and maximize project value. Work closely with the estimation team to develop accurate and competitive costing for projects. Coordinate daily with customer service, engineering, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution from sale to delivery. Manage ongoing communication with key customer contacts regarding order status, revisions, approvals, and scheduling. Track project timelines and communicate updates, including ship dates and changes, to customers and internal stakeholders. Attend site visits as needed for field measurements, relationship building, and project coordination. Clearly communicate design intent and customer expectations to engineering to ensure accuracy and avoid rework. Assist in sourcing and ordering materials, particularly for custom or long lead-time items, to support sales commitments and deadlines. Monitor production progress and review product quality to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded. Coordinate order revisions and changes while maintaining alignment with customer goals and company profitability. Support installation coordination when needed to ensure a successful final delivery and customer satisfaction. Manage multiple active projects and sales opportunities simultaneously, maintaining organization and momentum across all accounts. Typical projects include heavy millwork jobs, on-site measurement and coordination projects, new brand rollouts, and large-scale orders (such as multi-location or university projects) involving multiple components and vendors.

QUALIFICATIONS
One - three years' experience in a sales and project management related role. A gifted relationship builder with internal colleagues and external customers. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
