None Essential Functions:
Develop and document the written scope of work for all assigned projects Coordinate with installers and subcontractors to ensure efficient, high-quality installations Monitor production and shipping schedules to ensure project deadlines are met Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates on order status, shipping, and installation timelines, including on-site coordination as needed Create and manage project and installation schedules aligning with client requirements Participate in project status meetings with account teams and clients to review progress and address issues Ensure punch lists are completed promptly and to the client's satisfaction, resolving issues quickly and effectively Manage labor budgets within established parameters and communicate field changes Attend construction meetings and calls as needed to stay informed on project timelines and conditions Ensure accurate and complete installation drawings are provided for each project Conduct site visits to verify readiness and compliance with installation requirements Coordinate required safety training for team members and subcontractors Ensure all project billing is accurate and completed promptly
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Extensive knowledge of primary manufacturers' products with strong planning, organization, and communication skills. Able to interpret architectural drawings, manage multiple priorities, and deliver cost-efficient solutions. Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn additional software as needed.
Working Environment:
May need to adapt to internal and external environments based on the scope of the client's project and/or their facility.
Physical Demands:
Regularly required to talk, hear, sit, stand, bend, and use a keyboard. Also includes walking job sites.
Minimum Qualifications:
2 years of project management experience Bachelor's or Associate's degree or equivalent experience in project coordination, operations, or management. Experience in Furniture and Home Furnishing Manufacturing is a plus
Physical Demands:
Regularly required to talk, hear, sit, stand, bend, and use a keyboard. Also includes walking sites. Assists the sales and design efforts by coordinating customer projects to ensure objectives are met within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Maintains a positive attitude and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities for other work team members.
