This individual will serve as both the operational leader of projects and a change champion , ensuring successful user training and adoption and long-term business value for our clients. Key Responsibilities Project Management

• Understand and document Client Requirements/Objections through Gap Matrix, BRD, Traceability Matrix
• Lead end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation projects from initiation through go-live and stabilization.
• Define scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (consultants, developers, analysts, and client teams) to achieve milestones.
• Track project financials, ensuring profitability and accurate forecasting.
• Report status, progress, and risks to clients and internal leadership.

Process Improvement:

Identify inefficiencies in Implementation processes and suggest solutions for continuous improvement. Change Management & Consulting

• Develop and execute Change Readiness Assessments across shop-floor to top-floor stakeholders.
• Create communication, training, and adoption plans tailored to client culture and needs.
• Partner with executives and functional leaders to identify resistance points and drive engagement.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetings.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure end users validate that the system meets business requirements.
• Support users during UAT by documenting issues, prioritizing resolutions, and ensuring feedback is incorporated before go-live.
• Measure adoption and success metrics post go-live, recommending continuous improvements.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
