Key ResponsibilitiesLead project planning and execution for commercial and industrial electrical construction projects, including ground-up and design-build work.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts; monitor progress and implement corrective actions to meet milestones and financial targets.
Manage procurement and coordination of electrical materials, equipment, and subcontractors; ensure timely deliveries and cost control.
Oversee onsite construction activities to ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and to specification; enforce compliance with NEC and local code requirements.
QualificationsMinimum 3+ years of progressive experience managing commercial electrical construction projects or mission-critical projects; experience as an Electrical Project Manager required.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, NEC and local codes, construction methods, and shop drawings.
Proven experience with ground-up construction and design-build delivery methods; familiarity with commercial construction and electrical construction best practices.
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement processes.
Proficient with project management and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Primavera) and Microsoft Office.

The ideal candidate will manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with electrical codes.
