21st CCLC staffJOB GOAL
To coordinate and oversee day to day operations of the 21st CCLC.PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise day to day operations of 21st Century Community Learning Center Implement academic standards within center activities, homework sessions and remediation activities Work to coordinate and collaborate with regular and special education staff within the school Attend all 21st CCLC Advisory Council Meetings Plan master schedule of events and submit weekly to Project Administrator Manage daily attendance/participation reports Serve as 21st CCLC instructor Design and implement, coordinate professional development opportunities for staff and parents. Attend mandatory state and regional meetings as required Oversee the safety of all students served Monitor program to ensure grant compliance and program implementation Promote program awareness with all stakeholders Weekly reporting to school principal regarding program progress Assist in annual program review Assist in the recruitment of sponsorships to create grant sustainability Assist in strategic planning/program improvement work including quarterly implementation and impact checks.TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
8 hours per day- Monday through Friday
- M-TH 10:30
- 5:30 & on call until 6:00 pm (Supervising Program)
- FRI 7:00 am
- 2:30 pm planning & assisting students in classroom 222 Day Contract on classified salary scale Employment contingent upon grant allocation
